Asian Style Ginger Dressing

1/2 c rice vinegar

1 Tbs dark sesame oil

1/8 c. sugar or honey

1 Tbs grated ginger

2 tsp soy sauce

salt, pepper to taste

Delicious over a salad of chopped kale, mustard greens, spinach,
etc–the addition of red bell pepper and/or

Cucumbers are nice too–then sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
